Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Form for Consumers
A “consumer” within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such cancellation, for example by email.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. We will make this reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
You may also exercise your right of cancellation online at /vertrag-widerrufen. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, including information on the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.
