All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via one of our shipping partners, depending on availability and the delivery address. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order value. The following table provides an overview of our standard shipping terms.

Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If available, this email will include a link for tracking. This allows you to check the current status of your delivery at any time.
Shipping to Switzerland and Non-EU Countries
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs such as customs duties, import sales tax, or processing fees may apply. We do not charge these fees; they must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant authorities or shipping providers.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or refusal to accept, we will contact you upon receipt of the return. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
